Abstract Submission Form

ABSTRACT GUIDELINES:  

There will be 2 categories for abstract submission namely
  • 1) E-Poster
  • 2) Oral Paper
E-Poster will consist of the following subheadings Introduction, C ase Description, Conclusion
Oral Paper will consist of the following subheadings Title, B ackground, M ethodology, Results, Conclusion
 

E-POSTER GUIDELINES:
  • • Abstract should not be more than 250 words
  • • File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT/.PPTX)
  • • Total size of the presentation should not exceed 5MB
  • • 1 slide per poster
  • • Animations/sounds/videos should not be used Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Poster
  • • A passport size photograph of the presenter should be included in the presentation
  • • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/coguides and institution logos are not allowed to be printed on the poster
  • • Poster should be in MS power point; Times New Roman font and font size 12 pt.
  • • Screens provided ratio will be 16:9 and the size will be approximately 48X30 inches
  • • Bonafide certificate from the HOD of the department should be attached with the abstract
  • • The E- Poster presentation time will be 5 Minutes + 1 Minute Discussion.
 

ORAL PAPER GUIDELINES:
  • • Abstract should not be more than 300 words
  • • Abstract should be in MS word, Times New Roman font and font size 12 pt. or Power Point (.PPT/.PPTX).
  • • The presentation time will be 6 Minutes + 2 Minute Discussion
  • • Title and Presenting Author's name should be written at the top of the Paper
  • • The no. of slice for presentation may be upto 6 slides
  • • Qualifications of the presenting author, affiliations, Names of guides/co-guides and institution logos are not allowed to sendwith paper
  • • Bonafide certificate from the HOD of thedepartment should be attached with the abstract.
Last Date of Abstract Submissionis 30th September, 2026.

2) Submission of the abstract constitutes my consent to publication (e.g. conference website, programs, other promotions, etc.)

5) The Organizers reserve the right to remove from any publication of abstract, which does not comply with the above.
6) that the contact details saved in this system are those of the corresponding author, who will be notified about the status of the abstract. The corresponding author is responsible for informing the other authors about the status of the abstract.
