Cancellation Policy :-
1. All cancellation should be made in writing and sent to our Official Mail id - rajaoicon2026@gmail.com.
2. All cancellation received on or before 30th September 2026 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registrationamount paid.
3. Cancellation made till 31st October, 2026 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid.
4. No refund, if cancelled after 31st October, 2026.
5. The refund process will be completed within 45 days of completion of the conference

Accommodation Terms & Conditions
• The above package is for two nights' accommodation.
• Early check-in and late check-out are chargeable at INR 3,000 each, subject to hotel approval and availability.
• Accommodation is provided without breakfast.
• The above rates are inclusive of applicable GST.
Booking Guidelines
1. Accommodation is subject to availability and will be confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. All room bookings will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Rooms are offered on a double-occupancy basis without breakfast.
4. Any additional services, including meals, laundry, minibar, transportation, Extra Bedding, or other incidental expenses, will be charged separately.
5. Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.
6. The hotel and the Organizing Committee reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions based on operational requirements.
